Rezwanur is both an fantastic mentor and leader. In 2016, he worked with me at Microsoft. He is an inspiration and has great vision. I always appreciated his talents at Microsoft a priority. Rezwanur is an extremely young leader, who consistently focuses on teaching others the treasures of computer science, and this is especially for underserved youth within his home country of Bangladesh. He has managed, led, and participated in thousands of STEM events despite his young age.

Rezwanur was selected as a YouthSpark Advocate because he is a leader in his community who represented YouthSpark through in person and online activities. As an Advocate, He was a subject matter expert in Microsoft YouthSpark and demonstrated the tools and resources available on the YouthSpark Hub to other students on their high school and college campuses.
